3. User Content & Ownership

a. Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on NovelVouch, including: • Stories, novels, drafts, notes, and metadata

NovelVouch does not claim ownership of your creative work.

b. License to Operate the Service

By using NovelVouch, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to: • Store • Process • Display your content only as necessary to operate the Service

This license ends when your content is deleted.

4. AI-Assisted Features

If you use AI-powered tools on NovelVouch: • AI features assist with writing, feedback, or analysis • Outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate • You remain responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content

Your private content is not used to train public AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Use NovelVouch for illegal activities • Upload content that violates copyright, trademarks, or laws • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data • Abuse or overload the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

a. Free & Paid Plans

• NovelVouch may offer free and paid subscription plans • Features vary by plan and may change over time

b. Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance • Payments are handled by third-party processors • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

c. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time • Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

NovelVouch may: • Perform maintenance • Modify or discontinue features • Temporarily suspend access when necessary

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if: • These Terms are violated • Required by law • The Service is abused or misused

Upon termination, access to your content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All NovelVouch branding, logos, UI, software, and platform design are owned by NovelVouch.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimers

NovelVouch is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee: • Error-free operation • Data accuracy • AI output correctness • Fitness for a specific purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • NovelVouch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Use of the Service is at your own risk
